To Be honest, dont mind them at all. Deer, coons, possums, squirrels, army worms much more problematic than hogs. Pretty easy to keep a hog out of something. They graze food plots like a deer. Very little rooting. They displace deer - 100 yards. I shoot once, maybe twice a year at deer. Might shoot fifty or sixty times at hogs. Granted, my wife wants no part of eating them - but, in my opinion, a nice 80 lb gilt far superior on the table to a deer. I have quite a few mature bucks, and a deer density of one deer per 5 acres, so dont think the hogs are hurting my deer hunting. That said, if I were a farmer engaged in a commercial activity - I would probably hate them.
