    Oak ID

This is only tree like this on property and it's not something I'm familiar with. I was thinking chinkapin or chestnut oak. Doesn't have deep grooved bark like chestnut oak pics I've looked at.

Tar River SAYA-507 No Till Drill

Talked to my local dealer and his rep said mid December if I ordered one they were selling so good. Found a place that had a couple at a good price and picked mine up today. Thanks for the info. Sent from my LM-G710VM using Tapatalk

    Persimmon question

Stumbled on these persimmons a few years ago but hadn't really paid much attention to them til this year. These seem to start fruiting in the 5-6 ft tall range. The oldest ones there are 15-20 ft tall. The natives I'm used to grow grow a lot taller and thicker. Is there a type of native that...

    Black Boar ATV Implements

I've got the rake and the disc. Haven't used the disc yet. Used the rake to clear out logging roads. First pass just lightly put it down and wasn't impressed. Then I lowered it til it started picking up back of side by side and that was the trick. Sent from my LM-G710VM using Tapatalk

    Hybrid oaks still green

Went for a walk around the farm today and checked on trees I planted back in the spring. All my hybrid oaks from Native Nurseries still had leaves. Some we're starting to change color and some still green. Can't believe with the cold temps and foot of snow a couple weeks ago that they're still...

    Can anybody ID this apple

This tree has been on my Pappaws farm since he bought it in the 80s. I never asked what it was before he passed. It's always loaded and like to try to graft off it before we sell the farm. Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk

    What is this?

Was checking fence after the storms and run across this tree. Don't remember seeing anything like this before and was just curious as to what caused it. Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk

    They're enjoying my hard work

Opening day here in Tn. They started out in the food plot and then worked there way to my little water hole before going to bed. Good to see my work paying off. Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk

    The Throw n’ Mow Method

3 different plots. 1 is on a hill top. Sprayed then came back and seeded and cultipacker. Next one was along a creek at the bottom of a ridge. Sprayed then seeded and mowed same day as ridge top. Last one is at the end of a pasture field on a different farm. Sprayed and then came back day after...

    Anybody know what this is?

I've got this on a couple farms growing in the woods and it is constantly grazed on. First time I've seen it grow enough to flower. Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk
