@john volkman I wanted to change my plan from unlimited to 2k images. My old cc was on file and kept getting delinquency emails. But no way to update my credit card and the link didn’t work in the email. I added a new plan but right now it says “Next Plan” as status and says billing date 11/15...
Just curious how long the changes take via the Device Settings with the cell setup? On the camp website I have made some changes to the location # and also the names of the cameras yesterday almost 24 hours ago and they are still Pending?
@john volkman any update on what maybe new for 2021? When do we usually hear about new cuddeback products for the next year? Any changes coming to cuddelink V8 or V9?
The problem is I don't see v8.1 available anymore? I don't want to have to travel to every camera now to update them all to 8.2. I just need to deploy one camera onto the network.
@johnvolkman I have a network of 8.1 cameras, just had a camera come back from a warranty repair. It is on the old firmware, I need to not put 8.2 on it right?

John also question in regards to Version 8 or any future updates coming... will there ever be an option to still record videos locally? I miss seeing the videos even if they are stored locally on the SD card and obviously not pushed through CuddeLink. I know as soon as I turn on the cuddelink...
Do you guys have any ideas how to find a thumb screw that will work on the back of the J D cell battery packs? I haver some that require a flat head and some that require a phillips and I always forget one of them when in the woods and needing to replace batteries. Would like to just change it...
John is there any way you think in the future that even if cuddelink is enabled that we could still record and save video locally? I love everything about the units but I miss being able to see video. I know it would only be saved locally and I would have to go pull that card and thats ok, but...
John can you help me get the latest firmware? The website shows 7.0 for the G series home cellular but my status reports are showing 7.3 is there a newer version? I also have the J-1415 and some are 6.4 and some are 6.7 but I don't even see them listed in the firmware map on the website?
