    Cuddeback's Cuddelink

I have been looking online and it is staring that a D cell battery has around 10,000 mAh which would equal 10 Ah at 6v. If i were to run a 12v battery with the cuddeback cord what would you all suggest for amp hours?

    Cuddeback's Cuddelink

Can anyone explain to me how amp hours work with D cell batteries? Do you lose Amp hours when putting the D cell batteries in Series to gain voltage? I am trying to calculate the amount of amp hours I will need in a 12 volt battery to make it last longer than the 4 D batteries that I am...

John, Just to be 100% clear If I use the cuddeback brand of cable for external power usage it will connect to a 12v battery and reduce it to 9v so the camera will work correctly.

When I was looking at the website it states that 12v will work. Correct me if I’m wrong I want to know 100% before ruining a camera. Thanks

    Cuddeback's Cuddelink

Looking to run external battery kits for my camera systems to extend the battery life and not have to go into the field and change them as often. Can some please tell me if the G and L Cuddelink cameras are 12 volt or 6 volt? Thanks in advance.

The home camera is a cell/home camera. I believe it is a G series. And I am going to try a random rf channel. If I were to get the antennas farther up the tree would this help any? Links levels run all under 30 all the way down to below 10.

    Cuddeback's Cuddelink

Below is the picture of the system. I have ran them for the past 2 years and only seem to have issues early fall due to the leaf cover is what I am assuming. The red camera is the home camera, location is not centralized due to cell coverage. I struggle with getting good link level between them...

I am trying to find better antennas to use. The link level distance is not as strong or as far as it was advertised.

Question. I have been doing research and I am trying to find the RF frequency that these cameras transmit photos through. Does anyone know what frequency that would be? Thanks

    Cuddeback's Cuddelink

Looking for some advice. I am currently running 10 J series cameras and I am not getting the link level range I am looking for. The max distance I am being able to achieve is around 350 yards. I would like to be able to reach 450 yards comfortably. I understand that terrain will have an effect...

    Cuddelink general Q&A recommendations

A couple questions on how the link system actually works. I am running 7 cameras and the home camera is towards one end due to needing good cell reception. 1. when a remote camera takes a picture does it begin to send that image to the home camera right away ? 2. If the 7th camera in my line...

    Cuddelink general Q&A recommendations

Look for some help from John. Have been running the cuddelink system for 2 years now. Is there a right or wrong for changing the link level antenna on cameras to boost it? I tried running a SPYPOINT antenna on the home to boost link level and the remote cameras connect but will not send...
