I think we are too far north (Zone 3B) for MG unfortunately Bill...would love to hear from other northerners on the forum though. I seem to recall a few Wisconsin guys trying MG out but to no avail.

Great story Bill - my favorite part is the brilliant move by your son to take the semester off AND parlay 4 weeks off work to chase a specific deer. When we're finally out of this COVID craziness and he is a working stiff he can look back on this hunt and smile.
