When you say you are replacing the rechargeable batteries do you mean the batteries in the 3600 solar panels or those in a dual power bank? Sounds you’re getting 3 years out of them?

Do all of the L cameras need the foam to prevent light leaks? I have some deployed and some I just bought used and not deployed. Is there a date where cameras manufactured after that date don’t need the foam?

We have an L model Zoom camera pointed over a large open area. The night pictures all seem whited out. Camera LED is set to FIELD and Motion Sense is set to OPTIMAL.

It appears to be a PW3624 with just a single out port. Not being familiar with the products I assumed they could be connected like the 3600 and a dual power bank. Since the old camera has AA batteries it looks like the best option will be to use the 6 d cell power bank and discard the 3501...

Just completed EBay purchase of 3 J1415 cameras 3 power banks, and 3 3501 solar panels. Each power bank and solar panel has a cable but I see only one port on each device. How does the system hook together or is it either the power bank or solar? Do I need rechargeable batteries in the bank...

Is rhe Power House a stand alone camera or will it forward pictures from other cameras in the network. I just activated one and can’t find the link menu in order to set the link ID. Can’t find any documentation pointing me to it.

Is the app the only way to register a product for the extended warranty? Is there a way to display which units has already been registered?
