Farm in central IL, primarily 60 acres of timber.

I've deer hunted almost 20 years and I've never killed a deer older than 4.5. Enjoying the habitat management side of things, and trying to not take this game too seriously.

update 2019 : shot my first 5.5 year old and best buck ever! I’m not sure that my habitat efforts are making a difference, but I know it isn’t hurting.
