I picked the last Advent pear which was still hanging today. First crop. It was very good. Crisp pear. Zone 5.

Hopefully that's what I'm dealing with. I've taken some precautions in the past but have never had a problem with sun scald. I almost cut it down. Thanks for the input.

Here are my best hybrid morse pears that I planted spring 2021. These are 5' cages and other than spraying gly ourside of their cages they've received no care. I'm excited to see how they do this year.

These Kelly tree farm Schuette oak leafs vary alot from one to the next. I've planted Swamp white, Schuette, and Concordia oaks . The Schuette has been by far the most impressive at my location. 43°N
