Not sure where you are at but I believe the cicada damage looks similar. You can Google the images. I noticed it quite a bit on my fruit trees and trees in general.

You will be there all day spreading oats/rye with the solo. I can fit close to 25lbs of rye in the spreader at 1 time. And cover some serious ground, You will not be happy spreading it with the solo.

My bark grafts were very successfull and I was a first time grafter. I am curious what your issues were. I cut my own scions the year after I bought some and didn’t do well with those but the scions I purchased did great. I think I did poor with the collection and storage.

For clover I agree the solo spreader is the way to go however if broadcasting large seed like beans oats pees or even radishes get the earth way. I have the solo and it sits in the corner. I can spread 3x faster with the solo the range of seed is much better with the bag spreader. The metering...
No way I’d do 10 miles on a ctl I have taken mine to the neighbors and it is 0.5 miles any further and I would trailer it honestly. I would think you could find someone with a truck and trailer local that would hall it occasionally even if you traded a little machine use. I haul ours with a 3/4...
My dad just purchased a 2108 t595 with foot controls. I had probably 100 hours run time on iso controls before running this one. After running the foot controls for a little while I would say I prefer them over the iso. This machine had 600 hours on it and was in the mid 30s. Honestly After...
I have a 257 weatherby a little hotter than the Robert’s but I love that rifle. I haven’t shot a ton of animals but several deer have fallen to that rifle.

I also have a couple of scout conversions. 2 different guns first 3 shot groups after an initial fouler at 100 yrds. The conversions definitely shoot.

Not sure your appetite for upgrading your gun but there is a builder doing smokeless conversions on the omega frame pricey but great rifles. May also look into a 45/70 conversion if smokeless is legal in your state. You won’t find a flatter shooting rifle.

I am not picky and will take them anyway I can get them. I am hoping to get them to 5 in most of the spots I have don’t care as much about rack size as I do age.

Not me but I have a good friend that did it twice in the same year both with a bow. Actually switched stands mid hunt and killed two mature deer very shortly after moving. I am way to conservative to do something like that
