    Don’t delete anything. I just wanted to point out we’re not here to buy or sell stuff. We’re here to learn stuff. I could make $ with advertisers but it would change the place. The “old” forum was an unbelievable resource that was ruined by advertiser pressure.

    I hate tape. Leaves a residue that seed sticks to. Mine came with plastic block off plates that snap in. There in a brown paper bag somewhere 🤣 Haven’t seen them in years so yeah, I use duct tape.

    You sure? I'll have to get some pics of mine. They are planted pretty much in an east - west and N - S line but my yard is small and surrounded by large chestnut oaks. I wouldn't plant them in the shade mind you. You could be spot on and I got lucky where I planted mine.
