A few habitat pics I thought you might enjoy

Based off your Father I’d say you’re good for being able to maintain the prairie for another 30 years. :) I don’t think standing corn will hurt but I do like some picked corn during the season. They seem to pile into picked corn on my place which puts does out in the open even during the rut...

You should read the N.J. Gun laws. States can give less rights then the feds.

TN Legalizes Baiting for Deer - for $50

Nevada did this with brothels years ago. There are still street walkers. Just sayin..... If you have baited illegally for years are you going to pony up for a permit now?

    Interesting Iowa DNR Story

Which is why I don’t understand how the Coast Guard can board my boat 65 miles from land to do a safety check?? Last year during a tournament they brought a frigate out to the canyons, lowered a rubber center console into the water and coasties boarded many boats. They got me during the last...

With my eyes these days I get off stand before legal light is over. Something like that might make sit until the end.

    Interesting Iowa DNR Story

And if you had proof of a baiting or any law breaking neighbor that might become probable cause. I had a neighbor dumb enough to bait close enough to my line that I could see it. The game warden had no problem hopping that fence on opening morning once I showed it to him. Every game warden we...

    Swordfish

It's a 12 volt LP (Lindgren-Pitman) reel. Made in Florida USA. Florida is the capitol of daytime sword fishing. (We still haven't caught one). But haven't dedicated much time to it. Adjustable 0-100 lbs drag system, holds something crazy like 1500 yards of 80 lb braid. We used them for...

    Project sunlight and extra perks

Never heard of that stuff for skin. Looks like it might be worth trying. I just got back from a week at the farm. Clothes drenched in permethrin and I never found a tick on me.

I see I'm not the only one who refuses to crank the handle 995 times like the manual shows. Heck I learned simple math in the 4th grade.... 100 cranks X 10 is my go to also. I like that walk board. I forgot you posted that before.

It’s been a few years but last time I only blocked every other and it turned out pretty good. 9” between my roes so they’ll be 18 inches apart. And it skips and cracks seed here and there.
