Forward facing sonar - fishing tech

Would you say the number 1 predator is humans or large fish?

Forward facing sonar - fishing tech

“ A single female crappie can lay between 10,000 and over 60,000 eggs in a single spawning season. These eggs are laid in shallow water nests, and a female may spawn multiple times over the course of a few days, depositing eggs in different nests to ensure genetic diversity and higher hatching...

Forward facing sonar - fishing tech

You sound like one of those walleye guys that blame everything else when you don’t catch fish. The Bass/Northern/Muskie, etc are all eating the walleye…as they pull bucket full after bucket full of walleye out yea4 after year. It’s been proven that large predators like bass/norther/muskie eat...

    For Those Who Are Retired

Another thing to consider, when calculating the break even age… will you be making up the gap in income by withdrawing form retirement funds, like a 401k. If getting SS earlier keeps more $$ in your 401k for longer, you can add that growth %APY and the break even age might be even higher. Of...

Dolgo crabs and learning how to graft

If they are smaller than a pencil, you could try cleft or wedge grafting. The really small ones don’t work well for whip & tounge. Go to Menards and get a cut proof glove…or have bandages handy. Good luck.

    My (wife’s) poor Frankenstein tree

No spray fertilizer, probably none last year. I did but some granular from Menards this year, the Weed & Feed, but that is for broad leaf weed control. It has never harmed any of my trees before.

    My (wife’s) poor Frankenstein tree

This is what it looked like 5 or 6 years ago, so naturally, my wife is a little annoyed by my experiment.

    My (wife’s) poor Frankenstein tree

A few years ago I grafted a few (5-8) different Scion onto this crab tree. Last year and this year the original tree seems very unhealthy. I cut out all the dead branches this Spring, and plucked all the fruit, hoping it would bounce back, but it still looks weak. The only healthy parts are...
