Time to settle the debate..

Which is best, Ritz or club crackers...
Thinking under a piece of pickled pike or summer sausage.

And

Vension snack sticks, with or without cheese added.

Both highly debated in my area.
What's everyone's preferred choice?

Club Crackers are the best. There is no debate.

I'm not a cracker snob, those are both good choices, as is a regular saltine at times. I like a cheese stick over a plain.

I'm a little more fussy when it comes to potato chips, particularly for dipping.

In this house, Ritz would probably win in a nail biter.

With cheese.

Ritz with saussaage and pepper jack cheese, venison sticks without cheese but jalapeno added.

Oh great, another politics thread (lol!)

Ritz all the way, topped with venison summer sausage and an assortment of cheeses.

Club crackers hands down. I mean, they have a butter flavor to them.....

Hey Spud, how many pickled eggs were you good for at camp this year?

Ritz are too salty for me. I prefer the club and a buttery taste under some cheese. However I eat my share of Ritz if that’s the only option

I don’t always eat crackers but when I do they are Ritz

A little surprised so far
Will hold off a bit on the cracker side yet cause there should be no debate.

As far as snack sticks go,
I was firmily in the no che camp.
Till...

Blue cheese and pineapple

Next time you take some in for processing you gotta try 10# worth.

Know it sounds funky, and does taste a bit out there. But man, a package sure does disappear quick.

3 ... taught my nephew what happens when you eat a pickled egg and drink a dark beer ... :emoji_astonished: :emoji_stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

How about you guys?

Woof, did it involve a lighter?

I don't really have a deer camp per se, so I don't feel it's appropriate to partake in those finer delicacies. This year was fueled by tiny chocolate donuts, trail mix, lunch meat sandwiches, and folgers classic. Various adult beverages in the evening, dictated by then current levels of deer hunter's depression.

Pickled eggs are high delicacy in this camp. Still trying to get the recipe right tho. Little splash of Frank's kicks things up when washing em down with the Blattes.

Like both crackers pretty equally, with a slight edge to club.

Don’t like cheese in sticks but do in sausage.

Your mom didn't love you if she served anything other than Ritz.

When we buy or smoke a good piece of salmon we usually buy Ritz and Phil cream cheese.

No cheese in the sticks unless your also adding jalapeño peppers.
