These are the tests of the property the first one is four years old and the majority of the land the second test is a flooded three acre piece we are trying to develop. The next two tests are a mixture of potting mix garden soil mix perlite and the above soils from farm

What are you growing? Just looking at it, it looks like you need drainage or an elevation improvement more than any amendments.

Those are out of my wheelhouse. I'm not sure I can offer any advice on them.
 
I wouldn't bother planting trees in an area that floods.

Otherwise your soil looks good.
 
I think aspen, cotton wood,red maple, swamp white oak, hickories, catalpa, willow, choke cherry and common hackberry might be up to the task.

we have done a lot of irrigation ditching to hopefully alleviate the extent of flooding.
