5 year old buck +
I stopped by a retired gentleman’s place yesterday morning visited with him a bit he showed me a Ruger 10/22 he had recently purchased. Magnum Research receiver, bull stainless barrel, Magpul hunter stock. He is a ridiculous trader he loves to trade all sorts of stuff guns, trucks, boats ect… so I knew he wouldn’t keep that gun very long and mentioned to him if he was interested in selling in to call me. That was yesterday he called me this morning found some other screaming deal on something he couldn’t live without needed money fast and gun was for sale. Lol I went and picked it up.

Neat looking gun. Those 10/22s seem to be pretty reliable. Pulled a old one out of my Mother-in-laws basement that was my Father-in-laws, it had been neglected for several years. Barrel was extremely rusty and it was an older model. Wiped it down good, put a few rounds in the magazine, and it rattled them off without a issue.

Those things aren't any good. Mine came apart into pieces.....

^ Wish mine did that! Of course mine was bought new in about 1982 or 3, before they fell in half :)

Here is a couple more defective ones that scope mount is quick attach also and drops right off with two levers makes a groovy little setup.
