Remesh

NorthWI

5 year old buck +
Anyone know of a good place for remesh this spring? The last couple years I have been buying the 150 foot rolls of 6x6 from fleetfarm but they don't have it now. I'm in NE Wisconsin
Thanks

try menards if there's one near you.

Ferrel in eau claire. Go to their open house which should be coming up soon. I stocked up 2 years ago $60/roll. Not sure what their prices are now with steel prices up? Maybe give them a call

Menards has it in 150' rolls.... its not as good as the Mazel brand Fleet Farm or Farm and Fleet stuff but it works. You could try a concrete business and see if you could work a deal. Sales and clearance are the times to buy.

Ferrel just had their sale .... good one to remember though

I'll second Menard's. I've also bought it from Home Depot, but it was always cheaper at Menard's.

I've been checking retailers every week since October. They are the most expensive I've seen in the last two years and it doesn't seem to be going down in price. Please let us know if you find anything.

Thank you, I will check out Ferrel. The heavy duty 6x6 works better for me than the light weight Menards and home depot stuff.

Menards has the 6X6 10-gauge rolls as well, but they and all other bigger retailers have the rolls for around $150 each. I have made a bunch of calls on trying to find some more and finally found a source. I would check with local lumber stores and farm stores. I have found a few for as low as $85 each.

If you wanted to buy 16 or more rolls, you could buy direct from a manufacturer for cheaper. I found OK Brand Wire and then contacted some of their retailers for pricing and availability. In hindsight, I wish I would have just gone together with someone else and bought in bulk. I've been told the tariffs are to blame for higher costs. You need to get lucky with finding someone using older pricing.
