Redneck customer service

Last year I bought a Redneck soft sided blind. Used it a lot , loved it. Took the soft cover off after the season and stored in in our cabin for the winter. 2 weeks ago I went to put the cover back on and all the zippers except the door worked perfect, but the door zipper would not move. Nothing jammed in it, it just wouldn't move. I email Redneck customer service this and I got a response within 8 hours "What color was the blind(camo, burlap, ghille) and what is your shipping info"? I replied with the info and the next day I get a shipping notification from UPS and a invoice from Redneck for zero dollars. 2 days later I had a brand new cover. Just thought I would pass on great customer service and KUDOS to Redneck blind!!

Good to know, I put one up last year.
