Everything is relative to where you plan on sticking the thing in the ground and general location.
Have found
M111, P18, Dolgo are my top performers so far. With no one being better than the last. Minus m111 tendency to root sucker which is kind of annoying.
B118 looks ok, some have died.
ANT is yet to be determined, growing good, but slow. If they become monsters one day but just take forever, thats ok, what I'm shooting for.
Will say, dont think the NWC I've planted 2 years ago were on b118, more like m111 due to all the bur knots, although they could have switched in the meantime.
Edit: should add my experience is restricted to my northern area, around 90 trees, and only have been in the ground from 1-11 years, so short on long term data.
No experience with any dwarfing stock outside of m7 which grows fine but has a tendency to grow at a weird slant due to the high winds we experience.
