Newbie pear tree question

Hello everyone,
Just had a question about the attached picture...these trees were in full bloom a week to week and a half ago and had only 1 real cold (~30 degree) night.
Are the small bulb-looking things in this picture just under where the flowers used to be the pears-in-the-making?
I am hoping so as there would be tons, but am so new to the fruit tree game that I wanted some feedback from all the experts on HT.
Thanks for your help!

Yep, those are developing pears.

Yes, those are pears. Looks like they made it through the frost just fine.

If that is the case I am going to need to support some branches there are so many and I have 8 large trees full of them.

Oftentimes many of the fruitlets will drop on their own.

The 30 degree night would not have had an impact on the flowers or the fruit. Let the fruitlets start to develop. You can always thin some by hand once we get farther into the growing season. Like was mentioned already some will naturally drop on their own before they develop much.

Leave them for now and thin the ugly/deformed ones as they appear.

The tree will naturally abort some of the fruit, anything bothered by the cold will turn black and fall off.
Pears tend to almost over fruit at times if branches look overloaded in a couple months thin some off so it doesn't break branches.

The pears are growing very fast! Again, this is my first time with fruit trees so I am pretty excited by all this growth. thanks again for all the help. Any idea what kind of pear this might be?
