I tried a moultrie cell cam from two years ago. I took it out of the box and began setting it up until I realized you could only change settings on the camera using the app and your smartphone. Let's say you take it to an area with limited cell service (but enough for the cell camera), if you wanted to check or adjust anything at the camera, you needed to use the app and wait for a connection. I have no idea if these current cameras are similar, but I knew immediately I was taking that one back.

Big fan of some of the deals dicks runs on cameras and other gear from time to time. It’s very selective but if you know what your looking for, there is some good deals. Thanks for sharing… ignore the cancel culture crowd. Thanks for trying to save your fellow forum members a few bucks.

Cool… but said company does something against said groups “values” so said group doesn’t partake in said company anymore and tells others to participate in the “boycott” is essentially the definition of cancel culture.. No, some of us simply choose to vote with our wallets. They pretty much canceled themselves, when they destroyed a couple Mils worth of guns & accessories. Wrote off Dicks/Field & Stream after that.

The company’s decisions went against everything the 2A stands for, and was a slap in the face to every gun owner. Little different than some butthurt libtard crying about a book or statue.
I’m not knocking the OP, simply “Thanks, but no thanks”. I’ve also found there are a lot of less engaged folks out there that still don’t have a clue about what Dicks/F&S did.

I have 2 deltas that are working flawlessly. My dad & his buddy bought one each & they are working good . Moultrie support has been great so far and I’m planning to add 2 more deltas this fall . I have some pretty old Moultrie cameras & I’ve tried other brands . ReconX is a great camera also , browning, primos & stealth not so much .
