Live from the stand thread

How about a sticky thread where everyone can post some updates live from the stand? Maybe a picture of where you are hunting or deer that are in front of you but are not going to shoot.

With tapatalk it would be fun to follow each others hunts during times you can't hunt or slow times on stand for updates. The warm weather thread updates was fun.

Just don't play with your phone too much and miss that big buck. ;)

This is today's hunting location

Still a lot of leaves on the trees. Crazy late leaf drop.

Great idea, unfortunately I don't have cell service on my land.

Live from a tree stand not near you. I've tried to post a pic but my connection is very poor. Text is all I can do. I'm sitting on a trail that crosses the creek. 2 tree rats, 1 blue Jay & 1 dnr plane flying a grid pattern is about it for me so far.

Unable to post a picture but sitting over my plot with Rye, Beans, Brassicas and Clover in it. Had a spike sit and eat clover from 5:30 until dark last night. Everything to choose from and he would not leave the clover. Hope his grandpa shows up tonight.

Turtle man "live Action"

Don't usually hunt this early without Intel but the wind is perfect and the weather is cool.

Front view. A thicket leading to a corn field.

Just my pet doe with her twin fawns again tonight. They fed on the rye for a few minutes and then continued on.

Bill, nice buck. I would've let one fly at him but deer like that are not so common around here.

Great evening for hunting.Ended up seeing 15 deer this evening. 12 on the plot at once. An 8 point that looked to be 2 1/2 and a tall 6 point with no brow tines that looked to be 3 1/2.He looked like a caribou. Had the 8 broadside at 10 yards but he just looked young. He will be a stud in a couple of years if he makes it.My brassicas have been hammered and look like crap. Had 12 deer on plot at end of night and thought I was going to have a long sit but just then Mr. Coyote came out and cleared the plot for me.

I hear you. For many years I would have thrown an arrow at him. Probably plenty around here would also. But after sitting in a stand in MO for a while he becomes just a pup.

Saw 3 does after him and he came back. I listened to him munching clover for an hour in the dark before he left and I could get down.

The wife drilled two fatties last night on one of the food plots so we've been busy.
I'm along some thicket swamp hoping to catch a big boy working back to bed but I haven't seen a deer.
