First fawn of the year

Those are really cool pics. That is an early drop.

Just wish I could request an HD picture. I have their first model..supposedly in the future that option will be available for it.

HD is a option on the new Reveal X. But you have to pay something like $5 for 50 HD pics.

I'd probably pay that if leaving it out to not be disturbed, unless set up for close-ups.
The little one is still around. Showing mom which way to go.

Hit one with the hay mower last Monday. Surprised that it was that early.

I almost ran this guy over with the riding mower. He squirted away just in time. Could barely run. I’m guessing he was just dropped.

Bounced one out of the rye I was cutting. Tried to trot away but very wobbly legs. Got to the tall grass under a tree and settled in, I left it alone. Was probably about 24" chest to butt. Probably only a couple days old.

Does anyone think that fawn had a chance of making it to the next hour? 5 minutes behind it.
Not likely, that coyote was hot on it's trail.

So obviously I can’t confirm but that was 2 days later in the same spot
