Came across these beautiful sulfur Shelf AKA chicken of the woods.. they are delicious simply sauteed in butter as a side or a great pasta dish with pancetta or bacon in peas and sun-dried tomatoes yum yum.. I usually get them later in the year but they're not as tender then so I'm going to enjoy these but will not take them all so I have a constant Supply
