Cultipacker

Slatterday

Yearling... With promise
I'm new here but have been stalking for the last several months. I've read the TNM thread front to back several times and am just getting started on my own TNM process. I'll detail that in that thread, but thought I'd share the cultipacker it inspired me to build. The frame is from MC12x45 channel, 1/2" and 3/4" plate predominantly with 15" cast iron wheels on 2" TGP shaft and pillowblocks. Total weight is right over 1,000 lbs, fabricated in a few evenings after work.

Good looking packer! I really like the idea of the kick stands for standing it up

Very nice

Nice build, good to see another Missouri boy.

Nice build!

Thanks guys. The kick stands worked out great. As originally pictured, it's way more stable than expected when on concrete or flat solid ground. I was originally planning to have pins run through the stands into the frame to completely secure it but found it unnecessary. When parking it for an extended period of time or on dirt, I'll kick the stands in for a little more stability.
