Cuddeback shipping

Anyone have experience with ordering directly from Cuddeback? I ordered some mounts, fresnels and battery booster packs early last week and haven’t heard a word. I really want to have all that before I go deploy my cams.

I've exchanged/upgraded a couple of cameras in the past and bought some parts once. Came pretty quick but I'm in WI. Don't recall getting a tracking number or anything but I could be wrong.

It was suggested to me to try Farmstead Outdoors, so I placed the same order today and saved $35 and its already shipped. Great service! I will see if I can cancel the direct order Monday.
