Can you help me identify these two plants? Pic1 & Pic2 are the same. As well as Pic3 & Pic4 (sorry3 & 4 aren't the best).

Pictures of leaves look like Goose Berry or somethin similar.

I agree with Turkey Creek, the one with leaves looks like goose berry. The tree looks like a young black locust to me.

 

[Telemark]

It does resemble gooseberry, but gooseberry is rare in North America. Also resembles some types of hawthorn.

#1 and 2 are prickly ash and #3 and 4 are gooseberry. Both are extremely common in my area of SE MN.
