Your plots look great!! No surprise you had lots of deer in them.
Our deer were camped out in that plot of 2020 Supreme alfalfa mixed with Starfire red clover!! It's the most-used plot we've had at camp. We planted a second plot of it last summer around last week of August / Labor day. This spring ought to be it's break-out time. We don't follow alfalfa with more alfalfa because of the auto-toxicity issues. We started a brand new second plot. I think it was Wiscwhip that warned me about alfalfa auto-toxicity a few years back.
