Aaron Rodgers

Screw the political stuff. This is the day after AR proved yet again there is no QB like him. I get it, Brady has accomplished more rings....and GOAT is tough to discuss but I have never personally seen (or tape of) a QB with his pure skillset (honorable mention to Elway). Just ridiculous. Seriously ridiculous.

Best of all time to play the position is clear. (different then GOAT)

And?? He’s payed a ridiculous amount of money to get out & throw a little air filled hunk of leather. Screw the political stuff ?? Rogers kneeling shows me what I need to know about him. Any man with balls that loves this country, would not take a knee. Screw Rogers & the other spineless little whiners.

Sports have always been something everyone could sit down & agree to disagree. It transcended politics, until they all decided to “make their voice heard”.

Look, I'd never even consider kneeling or not standing and placing my right hand on my heart during the anthem. It would take some pretty egregious things before I lose faith in this country...that said, they are not committing a crime, they are not being lunatics and violent like neo nazis, antifa or BLM have done....I strongly disagree with them but am happy they are doing it in a peaceful manner.

I am tired of letting the two parties dictate how we should feel about every little thing and somehow if you don’t agree with it your a bad person.

I hear you and respect that you can stay calm enough to articulate your thoughts. Many of which are not wrong but have been hijacked. From my stance, I see the left taking the "you're a bad person approach" much more often then any other. When Milo, a Jewish immigrant who just happens to be gay and recently (last week) married a black man gets shouted down from speaking at Berkley and called a racist homophobe by a bunch of little white social justice warriors, things are going to be wrong in this country for quite so time.

I don't think Obummer created the mess we're in. He may have emboldened it, but he didn't create it. This comes from the academic world. High schools on both coasts and colleges everywhere have been pushing an anti white, anti traditional culture, anti American agenda for a generation and it's finally come home to roost.

When my son was in 10th grade he came home and told me we figured out how to get an A in history, We just have to say we're white males and we suck, my eyes were opened a bit more.

Like him or not. Trump is the byproduct of a generation that's finally grown tired of being told they suck. My Grandfather immigrated to this country as a child (legally) long after slavery, yet my light skin pigment makes me the reason for all the country's ills in the eyes of children with a dark skin pigment and litttle white social justice warriors who drank the cool aid. Why? Because they are told so daily in our institutions of learning.

Is there racism today? I'm sure there is. The problem is the blame has been placed squarely on the back of millions of common working men and women in this country that couldn't influence it one way or the other. These people "me included" are tired of being told by Hollywood, the network news, and the Democrat party "leaders" that they suck.

The left created Trump and in trying to remove him they are doubling down on the antics that brought him to power. I don't know where it goes from here but each time the pendulum swings it swings harder. As for a healed country, I don't think I'll live long enough to see it. I do have hope for our children though. My son gives me this hope. His best freind is black and they joke about the situation. They have become numb to the hard right and hard left. My hope is that these two young men represent the next generation that will be numbed to the divisiveness that's ruling the day. I just hope these two are becoming the norm. Not so sure about that.

As for me, obviously using terms like "little white social justice warriors" shows I'm not numb to it. I'm still feeling the sting of being wrongfully blamed daily. And they keep doubling down.

I doubt the kneeler's even really know what their kneeling about. It's just in vogue in the bubble they live in. It's just doubling down on attacking what millions of Americans with no power believe in.

Like I said "not in my lifetime" but maybe the next.

I don't think Aaron Rodgers was kneeling during any national anthem. I think anyone kneeling should be fired, but I don't think number 12 did it.

On a related note, I think Aaron Rodgers could eventually be the best ever to play quarterback. Tom Brady has the edge now in my book because of the number of Super Bowl victories, but hopefully the Packers can narrow that gap a bit.

I don't believe Rogers ever knelt during the anthem either. He encouraged players to stand and link arms.

Heck of a comback he lead on Sunday too!

You are correct. There was a photo of him kneeling, but was not during the anthem. I stand corrected on that.

I'm lost as to how me posting about Aaron Rodgers is doing so. I never brought it up sir, you did. I have zero clue whom you are but please PM me if there is an issue I'm unaware of.

Now back to Aaron Rodgers...did anyone catch the Cris Carter talk about him? Dude had some incredibly high praise for him.

Tynimiller Has a blurb about his business in his tag line.

My rules say that's cool. But if you push beyond that, it's not. So far I've not seen any push beyond that.

I could be wrong but if someone comes here to sell how to build habitat it's not business positive. We're odd.

Having said that I'll still side with consultants. There is a world of guys who are way to lazy or busy to figure out our world.

That's not a slight on them or us. It's just what it is.

If you're building good habitat I don't care about the method.

Just me...

Business is a stretch. It is really just what birthed out of a blog I started a long time ago. I hadn't even thought about the fact I'd inserted in the sig line. If I'd known it was gonna pantie bunch someone so much I'd never put it there. Consider it gone as I never came here looking for traffic there nor have I brought it up.

Thanks Bill for clearing it up though, on my phone it doesn't show the sig lines so I'd spaced it completely.

Yep we're in for a long road to have a chance at the playoffs this year now....Vikings chances went way up

I don't follow football nor do I wish injury on anybody (spent my high school sports career on crutches for three years). Just thought id get a quick jab in there from Minnesota before anyone else did.

Does the pac have a chance to repeat the Farve/Rogers transition? Not that His career is over by any means. That would truly say something for the packers scouts and their organization.

Who watches football? A bunch of disrespectful idiots!

For the most part they're little boys without a father that was around to guide them and bring them up to be a good person and a VALUABLE part of society.

PS I havent watched more than three or four quarters of NFL football in the past 20 years.

FWIW, I'll watch any NFL game over a TV deer hunting show

Anthony Barr for President 2020

I agree with Rodgers and I grew up in Ma for 30 years watching the Pats and I always root against them cuz they win too much. I watch the Pats and Brady every week for a long time now and I still would take Rodgers over Brady. I think Rodgers is a more accurate passer beyond 25 yards and overall, but especially downfield. Brady is prob better at reading defenses tho. I agree with above of how the athletes disrespect out flag. Piss on them who do!!

.........as I was saying........see original post.......
