Tree planting season is upon most of us. I'll be planting mostly seedlings such as Dolgo, Plum, Oak and Serviceberry. I just realized that my neighbor has several piles of old cow manure. Would it be worth mixing with black dirt when I backfill my holes? Thoughts?

Have red oaks in R-18's and recently noticed small bugs and a web type structure at the same time my leaves are turning rusty color. Hopefully you can see it in the picture. Any ideas what's going on and what to do different?
