In similar situation . I have all next week off and wanting to work on my plots but
1. not sure what can be done this time of year. clover/rye food plots total of 3 acres
2. weeds took over all my plots last year and i lost 40 to 50% of the field to them.. sprayed twice and fertilized and use...
question about report being emailed vs. what's showing online when i log in. The email version shows all of my cameras active vs, the online report showing i have 3 cameras offline.
This has been going on for about two weeks. I thought it would get back in sync but never has.
thoughts?
Thanks for the feedback it's much appreciated!
I will mow because 1. as swampcat mentions it's driving me crazy the way it looks and 2. I'm hoping if it will give the winter rye some room to start growing.
good advice on hunting right after I cut it. I haven't thought of that.
Just curious. I over seeded with rye and clover in late august and my clover field was in great shape. In august and sept the weeds took over and not much rye germinated so probably 50/50. 50 percent clover and 50 percent of weeds. The weeds are about 2 foot high in the plot.
Should i mow the...
so it should power up the camera with just the external plugged in and internal batteries out??? Because if i just use the external to try and power the device on it will not. The camera does not power up.
I have two new L cameras with the external 6D power pack. I couldn't get the camera to recognize the external power and John mentioned taking batteries out and hitting SD card test 8 or 9 times and then plugging in the external power supply. that worked on one of the new L cameras but not on...
okay thanks..
on the external power bank and hooking up to the l camera does it automatically know the power bank is connected or is there a mode I need to activate. Should I change all 10 batteries together?
question on l series cuddelink cameras. Is the shutter louder than on the old camera? I have a camera about 10 yards from an entry point and both times a buck walked out they spooked and ran off. It's obvious the first pic startled them. one buck is a 3 year old and the other is a 2 year old...
hey another question about the L camera. with the new adjustable sensitivity game filter can they be mounted higher in trees now? like 8 feet pointed down a trail.
As I stated I have bears and looking ways to prolong the life of the antenna.
thanks, good advice! I know the other firmware updates never went off without a few glitches so hopefully with a blank card that just has the FW might make it cleaner.
