No, we are definitely not the "normal" user, that's for sure. All of that said, I'm interested if you have any ideas or they want to try it again. I do have several of the broken cell and RF antennas. Would need to find out what coax is used, run a thicker wire as the intermediary, and...

    Cuddeback's Cuddelink

John -- was spitballing with a buddy and we came to a curiosity after a recent parts order we had to make. Has Cudde considered creating "remote" antennas for their units, either mesh device antennas or cell antennas? I would think you could have a flexible coax that runs from the device for...

Clearing the SD card and remote queue worked -- thanks John!

Ok, I'll try clearing the remote queue on the camera itself as well as the SD card. Home unit shows 0 in queue on last report and 1143 in queue on the camera, so I don't think the cell home has the images transferred

Thanks as usual John for your quick responses. I've tried to clear the remote queue twice now with no luck. Is the suggestion to hit the clear SD card? Here are my settings on this one...

Has anyone had success with the "Clear Remote Queue" in camp? I have a camera that has 1200 pictures in queue that I want to stop sending. I've tried this option twice now and it won't clear the queue. I want the camera to keep sending pictures, just not the ones that it took back when we...

As always, thanks for the information and prompt reply John. I plan on updating cameras during the summer since they stay out year long and it's a feat to update the 12 I mentioned plus another 10.

I have a cell home running 8.0 with 10 devices connected that is working great and I can access device settings on camp. I have a standalone K cam on 8.0 that I've run cell tests on, received pictures, and thins appear to be working. Lately, I'm not getting consistent reports or pictures, and...

Called and was told to submit via email/website. Anything I should watch out for to make sure the submission is accurate?

Any idea why a G camera would have flashing lights on the front with a non-functioning LCD screen? I've pulled batteries out and let it sit overnight, I've replaced batteries, I've used internal and battery packs....nothing will fix this. Does it need to be sent in?

Quite kind of you! I'd put them to good use and happy to pay whatever the postage is. I'll send you a PM

Never left a card out overnight, but I don't turn them off when switching/downloading cards. I do go back and make sure they are armed before I leave though

I've actually found that 1 bad cell will cause an error on the camera (not just make it run down faster). I have several smart chargers (I like my ThruNite ones the best) that tell me battery health, so I'm with you!

Those must be D cells. The AAs I use on my G solar packs I have the highest mAh I can find which are 2800. They always show low but they keep on working
