I am a Toyota dealer tech by trade, but also a small timber farmer with 40+ acres. I am preserving habitat for wildlife. So far, game is bear, moose, white tail and mule deer, grouse, bobcat, cougar, turkeys. We also have wolves, the "Strawberry" pack is in my area.
Land is all timbered with ponderosa pines and douglas fir. I have a cabin, solar well on site. Set up like a campground with campsites, markers, signage, log shelter, but also a sign noting its private property and all monitored via cameras.
