I would definitely be putting in structures if you have a bass/bluegill ecosystem. Way easier to deal with that now with good equipment than trying to sink stuff later.

What size tree can you knock over with one of those?

I have done a couple selective cut timber harvests before. I basically understand that process. Is anyone familiar with how a clearcut differs? Are there fewer timber companies, or more, that will bid to take everything instead of just certain trees? Are you getting much/any money for the trees...

I'm surprised I don't see more people offering food plot planting as a service because of the price points of the equipment.

Anyone ever looked into becoming a deer blind dealer for one of the many companies selling hard shell deer blinds? I'm curious what the discount is and the minimum purchase.

I just can't justify the price for the 3-4 times a year I need it......but boy am I cussing at that darn pto while I'm trying to get it on there wishing I had this thing.

I have an alexander arms 6.5 grendal. My daughter has a couple deer with it. Almost no kick. Shoots flat. I love it.

I also spray my yard and house with Bifenthrin. Maybe every 2-3 weeks in the summer. It does kill everything for better or worse so if you are concerned about bees, I would not use it. If you hate opening the door on a summer night because your house will fill with bugs, I highly recommend it.

I was using a .22 handgun but I’m a horrible shot and had to go back to a .17 Mach 2 rifle.
