Anyone know of a source to buy White Spruce bareroot seedlings? Preferably a Conservation Dept. that does shipping. Since typically that will be your most affordable price tag and shipping option.

I've bought trrees from Cold Sream Farms before, good looking trees. Not sure on their shipping though.
