Yea, there are a fair amount of bucks around in the 120-140" range and once in awhile you get one like the neighbor shot. More guys in the area are passing up yearlings every year and not every doe here is being shot off so it's a mix that makes hunting here pretty enjoyable. I'm only selling so I can expand my home farm.

Looks like a small but nice and affordable property. Is it buildable from the road for a small cabin or place to stay?

It does have buildable ground off the road, the county would require additional survey work to what I had done to mark that area out and would be up to the buyer to do on their own. I think I was quoted $700ish for that.
