In MO thats fair game to shoot on sight.

In NY you are not allowed to shoot. You have to call the DEC so they can send their team out to make sure it is a single animal and your shooting doesn't disperse any additional animals. It is not clear if you are suppose to notify the pig that they are on there way and he should not move. Can't make this stuff up.

NY also elected Hillary as a Senator a few years back. No wonder there rules would require this.
