Conservation Easment Programs

Dose anyone have experience working with state conservancy program on their land? I am looking at a piece of land in northwestern Pa that has some of it enrolled in the western pa conservancy easment program. Just seeing if anyone has some insight into what they allow and don’t allow as far as habitat improvements.

Each is different. Ask for the specific easement on that property and it will have what you need to know.
