My neighbor put $20K down in dec of 2015, on what is known as a tiny house to be built for his hunting property. They cost around $40-50K and are built by a company called Lillodges.com. He has never received his house or a call from the company since, and it is now sept 2016. Then he found out he has not been the only one scammed. Found this site just today. Wishes he would have found it when he searched for reviews last December!

That sucks. I'd use remaining resources to make the guys life a little more miserable......
 
Thats horrible ... I don't know what I'd do if I were in their situation.
 
I would never enter into anything like this at 1,000 miles away. But what would a guy do if it happened? This guy is getting on the list at the Alabama AG's office in hopes that they can get some money out of this guy after the dust settles.
 
I hate to see anyone get scammed out of their hard earned money. One thing I learned early in life is this:
"CAVEAT EMPTOR" or the English translation BUYER BEWARE
Hope your neighbor gets some justice.
 
Grand theft. Minimum sentence should be 20 years. If money is spent and gone - another 10 years. No exceptions. No " good behavior " - no parole.
