CWD conversations that are worth the time to watch

I'm amazed after covid how easily some people just follow what the government has to say about any infectious disease. But I guess there are some folks still getting their Myocarditis booster... I'm curious if anyone knows how many deer were killed in NW AR to "slow the spread". Take out...

Are the glory days of deer hunting coming to a close?

My oldest can’t get much time off to come to the farm. He hunted PA state game lands and only saw 2 other hunters. When I was a kid those game lands hard orange everywhere. He saw deer but nothing big enough for him to shoot.

Conspiracy theorys, where do you stand?

No buyers remorse with me either. He pulls some stupid shit. But all in all I’m good. I think many don’t realize he does stupid shit for reason. And the guy is a comedian.

Conspiracy theorys, where do you stand?

This^^^^^. Russia is funding the war on smuggling oil to China, Cuba and others. Oh and also because it fun to zap narco boats like a video game. I'm all on on both.

It will roar back. Tariff rebate is the dumbest idea I’ve heard.

    2021 Buck Euro Done

Try a cheap electric pressure washer in between boils. Much easier than picking stuff off the scull. But brains are kinda gross when they come flying out...

Missouri Deer Harvest #s (so far)

I’m almost with you. Haven’t killed one in 2 years. Last one 3 years ago was a 6 year old 8. Just shy of 150”. I’m kinda gravitating to old bucks that will never be booners. I’d be pissed off at myself for shooting a 3 YO 12 point 150” deer. This guy walked by me several times this year. 3...

    Planting MG grass

If you say that to the owner of Maple rivers be sure to use the last name. I think the owner of maple rivers first name is Don also 🤣 The nice thing about ordering Qty from maple rivers is that are always extra rhizomes above what you order. He counts by weight at a certain point and it’s...

No they manage to find a thin spot to slip through. But if I filled them in it might discourage it.

    Planting MG grass

I planted a boat load of tulip bulbs at one of our old homes and those tree rats moved or destroyed a bunch of them. And they don't even eat them.

Don't be afraid to go a bit heavy with the simazine. It's not like you're going to be rotating a crop in that could be affected.

    Planting MG grass

When I did it I tilled 3 or 4 times and the dirt was fluffy. Made for easy planting.

    Planting MG grass

You can hit it with gly before new shoots start in the spring. It's immune to 2,4-D if broadleaf is a problem. Also as a pre-emergent you can spray simazine.

    Planting MG grass

Hands down the best way I've found to plant something like you want is with a tiller. If you have or can get one till the strip. Then walk along dropping a rhizome, step on it, kick some dirt over it and step again. When I finished I used my side by side wheel to pack them in.

    Health issues

So sorry to read this Tom. There are no words that can really ease what you're going through. She was blessed to go in your arms and not in a hospital. Saying prayers for you and your family.

    Uncatagorized.....things we see....

First time I've ever seen a snow/sand man. Or a Christmas tree and snow on the beech.
