    Bayer License or other Seed Agreements?

    I noticed Eagle Seed released a few new varieties of soy beans and while reading about them I saw that one particular trait (that is Enlist, Gly, and Liberty compatible) requires a Bayer License in order to purchase. Is a Bayer License something that a food plotter can obtain?
