    Whitetail Crabs 2026

yeah those two are some of the slower growing ones for me for sure...but if they get fruit by year 3 or so I'm usually ok with it..they are on a south facing slope that used to be a hay field so in my mind they should all be 20' tall by year 3 haha

    Ontario Fishing recommendations

going into Canada with their ArriveCAN app was a total joke...we had to give them an ETA when we would reach the border crossing and we did...our little convoy of 3 trucks was the ONLY traffic going into canada at about 5 AM on a Saturday! the people whose cabins we rented absolutely hated it...

    Perched Water table

definitely make sure its not wetland..do a mix of mammoth red and alsike clover...ive had alsike submerged for a bit that just then popped back and thickened up and mammoth red is a good poor/wet soil choice also

What Habitat Work Did You Do Today?

Tilled and limed about 0.5 acre total in two plots inside one larger field. Seeded a third plot also in the field. Tilled an liked a separate 0.25 acre plot. Will spray and seed clover, chicory and oats in 3 weeks. First time using a tiller, definitely impressed. Brother’s kiddos drone took some...

    Incredible turkey hunt bobcat encounter

I took a "mentored youth" (a debatably cool PA thing where an underage kid can go out before getting a license, where the mentor carries the gun at all times till they are in a solid position ready to shoot) who was like 8 years old turkey hunting. It was the kid's first hunt and he was so...
