No, I didn't do that either.

I loaded the GEN 2 firmware on 16 cameras and have not received any pictures. I set them from location 1 to 16 and channel 01-10 on all cameras. I did not do the reset like I should have. Is that my problem?

Will the gen 2 update give me better range?

My camera did not send pictures this morning. I went and checked the home camera and it shows "No Plan". It is no longer listed under my devices. Has the camera quit working or is this just a glitch with Cuddelink? This is a 14 month old K series camera.

I setup the home camera two weeks ago and added the remote cameras Saturday. The home camera is taking pictures but not sending them this week but I am getting the pictures from the remote camera. What have I done wrong?
