I know this is fairly old/your probably done already, but could you cut the gutter (blue) just above your shed roof (red) and run it down long the shed roof then down the face of the shed? Could possibly even tie it back in to that pipe out there if you can locate it

This tree is right on the driveway at our place, and the last 2 years it has been loaded with fruit. Last summer I tried keeping a close eye on them, to try one when they were ripe, but once they ripened, it seemed as if overnight they were eaten. Only the pits left all over the ground...

Could you expand on that? I just ordered 10 fruit trees from them 2 months ago, and their customer service was great, and their trees look great! Every one of them appears to be waking up nicely. What’s the bad rep from?
