Building a Shed - Downspout Access

I know this is fairly old/your probably done already, but could you cut the gutter (blue) just above your shed roof (red) and run it down long the shed roof then down the face of the shed? Could possibly even tie it back in to that pipe out there if you can locate it

Can I grow an apple tree from an existing one?

Thanks for the input! I went out and knocked one of the few apples left off with a stick. It was very good, red delicious maybe? We do have a large apple orchard right up the street, I am going to contact them about helping. That was a great idea, thanks!

Can I grow an apple tree from an existing one?

So a little back story, the property I now own, was once a large 125-ish acre apple orchard, 50+ years ago. It was split into 3 large lots (one being mine, and 2 others) and sold off over time. It has since grown up into mature woods. Talking to the neighbors whose family has lived here for...

    Pole Barn Ideas

I built a 40x48x16 with 12’ wide lean-to’s down each side, and enclosed the back 12x12 section of each back in 2015. Also planed to do a mezzanine and a 2 post lift. At the time I was younger, tried to save money and thought I would finish things along the way. Here’s my regrets and what I would...

    Morse Nursery

I had good luck with them! Spring of 2018, I bought 4 apple trees (2 year old whips, all approx 4-5’ tall), 2 persimmons (1’ or less) and 4 pear trees (2 year old whips, same 4-5’ tall) I took care of/watered religiously that first year, but still One of the trees died, a wild pear. He replaced...

    Tulip poplar

X2 they love them at my place...i hinged a handful around a small plot last spring and they tore up anything the could reach. I am in the process now of having my property thinned and as soon as the loggers leave for the day, the deer flood in and are eating on the fresh leaves

    Project "The Gap"

I’m curious as to what it turned into as well. I am considering doing some hybrid willow from big rock as a screen...would be nice to see those results

    Fruit tree id?

This tree is right on the driveway at our place, and the last 2 years it has been loaded with fruit. Last summer I tried keeping a close eye on them, to try one when they were ripe, but once they ripened, it seemed as if overnight they were eaten. Only the pits left all over the ground...

How long to plant MG rhimozones?

So of course on my busiest weekend of the spring so far, of course my mg rhimozones get delivered. How long can I leave them in the box before planting? Or can I put them in my fridge or freezer to extend that time? I probably won’t get to plant until wed or thurs, and they were delivered...

Received first tree order with great disappointment

Could you expand on that? I just ordered 10 fruit trees from them 2 months ago, and their customer service was great, and their trees look great! Every one of them appears to be waking up nicely. What’s the bad rep from?
