Anyone id this weed? In mid south georgia. Annual, in open areas, 3-4 ft tall, several stems from base, some have small yellow flower, leaves have teeth on edges. Leaves curly, kinda rough, leaves alternate on stem, stem has tiny hairs. Some have new stems growing from base of leaf. Thanks

If the soil sample analysis recommends zero potash is there any harm adding it to the plot anyway since most common fertilizers have it in the mix? Like triple 13 or triple 10. Thanks
