Yote or Doe?

I'm not 100% sure what this guy is after, a doe or running down a yote?. When I zoom up it could be a little doe but it looks small. I wish this was a video.

Eye contact in the first pic then he was off. Looks like he may have stumbled in the last pic.

Side note, I was going to hunt this stand this afternoon. Dooooohhhh, he's a Dandy 8

Looks like a doe to me.... but I have watched deer chase yotes off. Either way, you should been in that stand!

Head looks like yote, but bow legs an rump look like deer,

Honestly first thought was, ahhh duh that is a yote. But the more I look, it gets a bit fuzzy.

I laid eyes on that deer this afternoon. No camera with me. He didn't seem early rutty at all. Stood in one spot and ate clover for what seemed like forever. 45 mph wind gusts so when I knew he wasn't coming my way I snuck out the back door before legal hours were over. Didn't want to be bumping him in the dark.

Me too, in the regular pic I see a yote head. When I zoom in I see a deers a$$. I saw him this afternoon in the same field. If it was doe I'd think he'd be rutty. But nothing except feeding today. Maybe he was charging a Yote. Taking the AM off (it got cold!) and heading somewhere different in the afternoon. I'll be back on this guy Saturday when the temps drop 40 degrees from today.
