There are deer on the moon

I texted the picture below to a friend this morning, and he answered back saying, "Why did you send me a picture of the moon?" I never thought how much it did look like the moon until I looked at it again. It was I-phone through binoculars. He was outside in the sun and actually thought I sent him a pic of the moon.

So I assume that requires a non-resident tag, which is one thing.....but the cost of travel, lodging and meals is going to make that an EXPENSIVE hunting trip!!!!!
