Well by passing him in ML season I did my neighbor a favor. He got him with a bow on Tuesday.

He is a good neighbor and good guy, so happy for him. Counting on my doe factory to bring something new in. Nothing left now but 3 yo or less.

Hope my stupidity wasn't to much of a push. The one I let walk hasn't been seen in weeks. Like you, I'm happy if he got harvested by someone who was stoked over it.. If not, I hope he returns. My farm has a really different feel this year. It's my brother and I. No guests that don't follow the rules for the first time ever. We can't even come close to covering the place but are enjoying that fact. My son comes in just before thanksgiving and I have a youth hunter that week who can kill anything he wants. Bro and I already decided we don't have to shoot a thing. This is just better.

Took to long for me to claim my sand box, my rules. But it feels really good to have done it.

I hope you guys have a great hunt. My son and I will be hunting together next week. Our gun opener is Saturday. We will hope another nice one locates the doe factory and any coyote that gives me 2 seconds to react will be toast. If I still have a tag in December, I will hunt our late ML season. We generally have lots of action here at that time.
