It will take you some time to look through it but if you look for what you plant specifically and go to those pages you will find a lot of answers to your food plotting questions. There is also a lot of info on herbicide safety, how to apply, nozzle info, etc. If your willing to take your time and peruse i thing you will find this a great resource.

It is a large file and will take some time to load but once loaded save for future
