I've never hunted morels, but I've eaten them with great cuts of beef. My first were prepared by a chef with butter in a pan brown sauce along with beef eye medallions. WOW !!! Incredible is an understatement.

I think they are about over in NE MO, and Central IN. What portion of Ohio? Been thinking of a road trip to MI to look.
