Bitter Cold Florida Day

Not sure the MN and WI folks on the forum will be able to sympathize, but until one faces a wintry day in Florida they just dont know the challenge... take yesterday, a bitterly cruel 65 degree day with cruel winds out of the northeast at a blustery 2mph. That drives protective clothing options to be worn like this guy has on I spotted at the post office.

27 here this morning. I put a fleece jacket over my short sleeves when I left the house at 5 this morning.
