Drool. I would love to have a piece in the drift less area of the state at some point.

Nothing quite like those hills, not to mention it's the best part of the state for hunting.

The wooded acreage could be enrolled in the Managed Forest Program or another tax program to reduce the rate. Any ag or pasture ground would be cheap anyway.
